4.3 Bonus Abuse

Once any bet on f99 is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or connectivity issue, f99 may declare that bet void and return the staked amount.

5.2 Match Results and Settlement

For sports betting, bets will be settled after the official result is announced. If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made according to f99's own rules, and that decision will be considered final.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

For certain games or events, f99 reserves the right to cap the maximum winnings. If the cap is exceeded, only the set maximum amount will be paid out.

5.4 Fraudulent Behaviour

If the use of bots, automated software, any method of gaining unfair advantage, or coordinated betting is detected, f99 will cancel all winnings and bonuses on the relevant account and permanently close it.
